SOCIAL GOOD AT TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Today, Mashable covered the story of Hobbes, a "stuffed" tiger (although we know better), and his journey through Tampa International Airport (TIA). Hobbes was separated from his companion, Owen Lake, and once the tiger was found, TIA assured Owen's mom that Hobbes would be well cared for, and then sent him off on adventures throughout the airport. Kudos to the social-media team at TIA, which saw an opportunity not only to comfort a child and have some fun, but also to expand their fan base.
