Tere has been writing for web, apps, social media, marketing campaigns, and executive speeches since 2002. She led the social-media efforts of one of the most iconic nonprofits in the world and grew engagement by over a thousand percent a month. She spent a dozen years flexing her content muscles as a manuscript-development editor for trade and tech publishers. She's the author of more than 20 how-to books. And she has been creating websites and designing for web and social media since 2013, with well over 10,000 hours of experience.

TARE-ee, teh-RAY, or TEER?
With an oddly spelled first name and a last name that's not pronounced like the food conglomerate, here's a little help pronouncing Tere's name:
- Tere (TARE-ee) rhymes with Mary and Jerry. Just like those who spell it Teri or Terri, Tere is a nickname for Teresa: in her case, the -sa is simply lopped off.
- The -ou sound in Stouffer has the same sound as house, scout, and about. (It does not have the -ou sound in dough, soul, and poultry.) House, Stouffer. Scout, Stouffer. About, Stouffer. Makes sense?
